Give Everything For the Most Real

We’ve been looking at the Five Tenets of the Real. If you missed the first four tenets, you can read about them here: The Creator of Reality, Reality Rooted in God, Union with God Recreates Us, and The Fruit Reveals the Root.

Now it’s time for the final tenet. And it’s the most essential of them all.

Tenet 5: Give Everything for the Most Real

This last tenet provides the essential reminder that God must come before all else. If there is anything we are holding back, it will prove a foothold for the enemy. This is the most costly tenet. Because Jesus asks us to give him everything.

It’s never wise to wait until the heat of the moment to decide what matters most. The best time is now. Because the persecution, pressure, and alienation we will face are inevitable. Count on it.

The trouble will be real. But God is more real. Once we embrace this, we’re willing to give everything for the most real.
