Ready For Something New?
It’s easy to get stuck in a rut. Especially when we find something that works. But it comes at a cost. The longer we stay in a rut, the deeper the groove. Before we know it, we’re only re-creating variations of what’s been done instead of making new creations.
Rather than create more of the same, why not try something you’ve never done before? The best way to take your creativity to a new level is to follow God into new frontiers. Ones that stretch you. Take your breath away. And cause your heart to beat faster.
The change in you will change your art.
If you aren’t sure how to pursue new creations, consider how God has made us new creations: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! (2 Corinthians 5:17 NIV)
In Christ, we are new creations. Given that, why would we want to keep creating in the same old way? Remember—the old has gone, the new is here!
