Your Art’s Relational Cycle

The life you have with God while creating determines the life of your art.

That's because true art is first relational. Not between you and a canvas, but between you and God.

It is next relational between you as artist and the receiver. Even if you never meet, the connection isn’t simply transactional. You are inviting those with similar interests or questions to join you on a journey of discovery that plays out through your creations.

Finally, there is a relational aspect that occurs between the receiver and God. That’s because what was made with God carries an eternal spark. Like a beacon, the painting, story, or song offers a glimmer of beauty, hope, and light in their lives.

It’s a beautiful cycle where relationship is at the epicenter of each stage. With God. With you. With others. God wouldn't have it any other way.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-39 NIV)
