What’s Your North Star?
We all have a North Star. You may not call it that, but it’s what keeps you on course toward what matters most to you.
According to Sky and Telescope’s article, Meet Polaris, The North Star, “If you were to stand at the North Pole, Polaris would be directly overhead at the zenith. Over the course of a few hours, the entire sky would appear to pivot around Polaris, which would remain in one steady spot overhead…Polaris still stands in the same spot all night long, while the rest of the sky appears to rotate around it.”
Here are four really good North Star questions for you. I hope you make time to journal your answers.
Who or what is your North Star? Hint – it’s your one constant that everyone and everything else rotates around.

How well are you following it?
If you’re no longer following the North Star, what happened? Have other bright, shiny objects pulled your eyes away from it? Has it moved while you stayed put? Or have you walked away from it? There’s no shame in acknowledging this. But do try to put words to it.
