Find Your Story at These Live Events

"Does my story matter?" That's a question I'm regularly asked by writers. But it's really a question we all ask...about the story we're living. Because unlike movies or novels, our own stories often feel fragmented, random, and unimportant.

That's why I write these daily readings about God, story, and creativity. But nothing compares to the power of in-person gatherings with other kindred spirits pursuing their stories with God and others.

I'm excited to share these two transformative events with you. Both happen this March. Each is an in-person experience. Perhaps one is just what your heart and your art need!

Noble Workshop- March 3rd - 7th (Colorado Springs)

This gathering focuses on the story you're living. It's led by a good friend of mine, Sam Eldredge. Noble Workshops offer holistic wellness to those brave enough to dive into their own stories. People of all ages are invited to come and experience a week of being cared for and guided through their story in small groups to find deep healing, fresh inspiration, and renewed passion for life. It's not a writer's conference but far more. It's a chance for you to understand your life story (past, present, and future) like never before.  I'll be joining Sam to teach one session and hand-sign a free copy of The Story of With to each attendee.

Allen's Winter Creativity Summit - March 17th - 21st (Colorado Springs)

Take a magical journey through the wardrobe door of creativity in this retreat where we'll explore the creativity of C. S. Lewis, Madeleine L'Engle, and Jesus. In this transformative, interactive retreat , I offer mythic and practical ways to get unstuck, ignite your heart and your art, and illuminate your creativity through a kindred fellowship of modern-day inklings. There's even an optional Post-Retreat Intensive (11 Steps to Manuscript Mastery)!

If you feel drawn to either of these events but the price or timing is an issue, ask God if he'll make a way...and stay expectant. I hope to see you there!

This reading was crafted to encourage your pursuit of story and creativity with God. Your donation makes this crowd-funded initiative possible. You can support it via PAYPAL (or by check to Allen Arnold at PO Box 62841, Colorado Springs, CO 80962).
