ABC’s of Creativity: Awakening

Throughout May, I’ll be sharing three ideas per reading on a specific aspect of our creativity. I call it the ABC’s of Creativity because I focus on topics that begin with an A, B, or C. Three thoughts on Awakening…

One day, God will make all things new. That’s great for creation. But may he begin with us. We need it most.

Stay on the journey of discovery rather than growing comfortable and settling into the same. Surprise us with what’s now awakening your heart rather than give us another serving of what once did. Show us the view from the new peak you just climbed rather than the old, safe one.

We can lose sight of what matters most. We slowly let go of the most important parts of our story. We stop pursuing what brings joy. Then we wake one day and no longer recognize ourselves. We remain there until someone reminds us to remember who we are. To awaken to all that awaits. This is your reminder.
